You can return your glasses without any reason within 14 days from the takeover.  You must then meet the following conditions.

a) Send the withdrawal from the contract preferably in the form of an email message with the following text:
"I have decided to withdraw from the contract dated DD.MM.YEAR, invoice number ………. and request the refund of the purchase price to the bank account number:………." Date and signature.

If you placed your order using PayPal from outside of Czechia, we will return your money to your PayPal account.

If you placed your order using your employer's benefits in Czechia, we would return your points back to your benefits account.

b) Deliver the goods to our address within 14 working days from the dispatch of withdrawal from the contract. You must also attach a copy of the above message. You may also bring the goods in person to the Easy Optic Studio.

If you would like to return a shipment, please contact us by email at info@easyoptic.cz and ask us to send you a return label. We will generate A 6-digit SmartPIN with a QR code or a label that you stick on the package a send back through any PPL Parcelshop or PPL Parcelbox to us.

You must return the goods complete, unused, with complete documentation, undamaged, clean, in the original undamaged packing, with the same value as when you had received the goods. If the returned goods are damaged, worn, or if additional damages will be caused, we are entitled to compensation from you.

Within 10 working days of the return of the goods, we check the returned goods, particularly to find out whether the returned goods are not damaged or worn. If the glasses are in order, we shall refund the purchase price (exclusive of the delivery costs of the goods) within 10 days after the end of the period for checking and do so by bank transfer to the account specified by you.
